1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website (creova.agency), operated by Leevi Lindén (Creova), a Finnish sole trader (toiminimi), Business ID 3647212-2, registered address Kampuskaarre 1 D 36, 13100 Hämeenlinna, Finland. They don't cover the terms of an actual working relationship with a brand or a creator — those are agreed separately, in writing, before any paid work begins.
2. Using this site
This site is provided to give brands and creators information about Creova and a way to get in touch. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping the creator application form, no attempting to bypass Creova to contact creators directly through information submitted here, and no submitting false information through our forms.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Submitting the brand contact form or the creator application form does not guarantee a partnership, a response within any specific time, or acceptance into the creator network. Creova reviews every submission individually.
4. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to Creova unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Usage rights for creator-produced content are agreed separately, in the contract between Creova, the brand, and the creator for that specific campaign.
5. Liability
This site and its content are provided as-is. Creova isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
