1. Who we are

This website (creova.agency) is operated by Leevi Lindén (Creova), a sole trader (toiminimi) registered in Finland, Business ID (Y-tunnus) 3647212-2, registered address Kampuskaarre 1 D 36, 13100 Hämeenlinna, Finland. Creova is not currently VAT registered.

For anything in this policy, or any request about your personal data, contact hello@creova.agency. Creova is the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit it to us directly, through one of two forms:

• Brand contact form (/contact and /brands): name, company name, email address, website, industry, what you're looking for, approximate content requirements, and any additional information you write.
• Creator application form (/join): name, email address, country, Instagram and TikTok usernames, portfolio link, website, primary niche, languages spoken, rate per video, and anything you write about yourself.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.

3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a creator application, or take the steps you requested prior to entering into a working agreement with you. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to enquiries addressed to us, and, for creator applications, on the steps necessary prior to entering into a contract. Where a form includes a consent checkbox, we also rely on that consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers (processors) to run this site and respond to you:

• Resend (email delivery) to send form submissions to our inbox and any reply to you. Resend is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel (website hosting) to run this website. Vercel is based in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We don't share your data with any other third party unless required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep brand enquiries and creator applications for as long as needed to respond to you or consider your application, and for up to 24 months afterward in case we follow up, unless we start a working relationship with you, in which case normal business and accounting retention periods apply. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data.
• Ask for your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hello@creova.agency. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to Finland's data protection authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our use of data changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
